Rajat Parr is basically the patron saint of Sommeliers. If you watched any of the 'Somm' films on Netflix (if not you should), you will be familiar with him. A hotshot sommelier first, then business owner, he then turned to wine making. He and his wine making partner Sashi Moorman first created Sandhi, then they rejuvinated the Evening Land vineyards in Oregon, before creating the ultimate terroir wine in DOMAINE DE LA COTE.

This, along with Ted Lemon's Littorai, DOMAINE DE LA COTE represents the zenith of Californian Pinot Noir in our opinion - top, top end Pinot. Parr describes his Domaine de la Cote thus: In pursuit of balance. Unlinke much Californian wine, he wanted to produce ultra fine, terroir-led Pinot Noir. They acquired some very famous heritage Pinot vineyards and what they have achieved in this time has been extraordinary.

We have put together a 4-Pack with one of each of the wines: DDLC is essentially a blend of a few plots, while the other 3 are single vineyard site: Bloom's Field,  Memorious and La Cote (with it's obvious DRC connotations) all routinely score above 95 points from the critics.
