FLC#11 - Jordan Salcito / RAMONA
This FLC was especially interesting – rather than open a bottle, we opened a can of RAMONA, a grapefruit wine spritz. Created by Master Sommelier Jordan Salcito, with a CV most of us could only dream of, RAMONA is an embodiment of Italian aperetivo hour’s love affair with the spritz. It’s a perfect balance of bubbles and bitterness, made from organic Sicilian grapes and mixed with organic ruby grapefruit juice. Low in calories, all-natural, vegan, low in sulfites, and woman-owned – there’s quite a lot of credentials packed in this small spritz!
